The PA Compact Commission is the intergovernmental agency responsible for the administration of the compact. The commission is comprised of delegates from every compact member state.

Proposed rules will be posted here. To submit a public comment, interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to amortell@csg.org with the subject line “PA Compact Rulemaking”.
